Construction Project Coordinator

High-End NYC Interior Renovations – Coordinate Premier Residential Projects with Reyes Enterprise & Co.You will serve as a vital link between client vision and site execution for prestigious interior renovation projects across New York City. Operating in a high-caliber environment, you will drive project efficiency through exact cost estimating, seamless subcontractor coordination, and precise documentation management. This position empowers you to elevate your construction career while working with elite clientele on exclusive residential spaces.Develop full-scope conceptual and pre-construction estimates by gathering sub-bid pricing.Analyze complex construction documents, blueprints, and specifications to establish accurate project scope.Produce precise construction takeoffs and conduct continuous actual vs. estimated cost analysis.Manage workflow documentation including RFIs, change orders, work orders, subcontracts, and permits.Schedule and facilitate site walkthroughs, meetings, and timelines with clients and building managers.Maintain vital communications with subcontractors, vendors, and management teams to meet critical deadlines.Organize and archive comprehensive project closeout packages, client databases, and digital files.Minimum Associate degree required.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in NYC high-end residential construction and interior renovation.High proficiency with AutoCAD and standard digital takeoff tools.Advanced expertise in construction estimating programs and software.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.Solid understanding of practical interior construction methods, COIs, and CMA contracts.Hands-on experience using Xactimate or XACT Remodel software.Valid Driver's License and flexibility for local NYC job-site visits.Proven track record of managing subcontractor relationships and bid solicitation in NYC.Competitive base salary with performance-based year-end bonus opportunities.Weekly pay cycle for predictable earnings.Medical insurance coverage.Retirement savings program with 401(k) plan.Comprehensive Paid Time Off, including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Tech package including smartphone or tablet.Company vehicle mileage reimbursement.Reyes Enterprise & Co. is a premier construction management firm specializing in high-end residential interior renovations.
