About The Role Design captivating, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, prioritizing accessibility and engagement. Lead user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to drive empathetic, data-informed design decisions. Partner with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation, maintaining design integrity across platforms. Build and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency and innovation across all touchpoints. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Professional certification in UX/UI design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification) is a plus. Preferred Skills 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful, user‑focused solutions. Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with expertise in prototyping and design systems. Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross‑platform usability. Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design for diverse user needs. Experience with advanced user research methods, including A/B testing and behavioral analytics. Strong portfolio demonstrating a user‑centric design approach and creative problem‑solving. Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility. Nice‑To‑Have Skills Skills in motion design or animation for creating engaging micro‑interactions. Background in graphic design or branding for enhanced visual storytelling. Interview Process Creative Discovery Call: A 45‑minute discussion on your design philosophy and career aspirations. Portfolio Review: A 90‑minute deep dive into your work, focusing on process and impact. Design Challenge: A 3‑hour practical exercise to solve a real UX/UI problem, followed by discussion. Vision Alignment Meeting: A 60‑minute strategic talk with our Head of Design on creative leadership. Logistics Based in our vibrant San Francisco office with a hybrid arrangement (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote). We provide comprehensive relocation assistance, including housing support, moving allowances, and Bay Area orientation, with visa sponsorship for international candidates. Compensation USD 120K–150K.
