Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform clinical duties while adhering to the company's core values and guiding principles.Comply with the New Jersey State Practice Act and relevant regulatory guidelines in all aspects of care.Maintain ethical standards in line with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Professional Code of Ethics.Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, developing tailored treatment plans and measurable goals.Implement and deliver evidence-based treatment programs to enhance patient recovery, adapting methods based on individual progress.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, effectively coordinating care plans and resources to optimize patient outcomes.Participate in continuous learning and development, staying updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.Fulfill any additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support patient care and clinic operations.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary focus of our practice includes a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients. You will be responsible for treating various conditions, particularly orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Your expertise will be critical in assessing and addressing individual patient needs to ensure effective recovery pathways.QualificationsPossession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Active physical therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey.A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a practicing physical therapist.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation practices.Strong ability to assess and interpret age-specific physical therapy needs across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable.Background in evaluating and treating sports injuries and post-operative patients is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
