The Position

• Have commercial roofing experience — or are willing to learn

• Perform all on-site installation, repair, and maintenance.

Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roofing, or commercial roof repair is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Solid listening skills to communicate with coworkers and clients.
• Results-oriented with attention to organization, detail, and accuracy
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and carefully move equipment on-site.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights.
• Proficient with power and hand tools.
• Ability to work outside in various climates.
