This position focuses on delivering high-quality, dignified care to patients during the evening shift Monday-Friday (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients as neededAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and supportCollaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care teamCommunicate effectively with patients and their familiesRequirementsValid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the state of New JerseyPrior hospice experience is a plus, but not requiredReliable transportation and dependabilityStrong communication skills and a compassionate approach to careEvening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payTraining and ongoing supportBenefits package availableA supportive and mission-driven work environment
