Ratios 1:2-3* Overflow can flex up to 36 beds. Provider coverage: Intensivist resident and hospitalist team of two mid-levels and two residents on nights. Rapid response team, a resource RN and house supervisor on 24/7. Scheduling: The first schedule is added to the end of the schedule period based on need, but we take preferences in to account and meet them the best that we can; block schedule, 3 in row, not three in a row etc. Then, they can self-schedule at the next opening. Navy blue scrubs *All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.
