Job Details Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Setting: Intensive Care Unit / ICU Overflow Location: Lima, Ohio Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week Average Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Openings: 1 Floating: May be expected to float to PCU, MS/Tele, or ICU as needed Job Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required 1 year of RN experience required ACLS and BLS required NIHSS required Dysrhythmia exam required Experience with critical care equipment and high-acuity patient populations Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Comfortable supporting adult and geriatric patients Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive critical care to patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions Perform ongoing assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes Monitor hemodynamics and assist with advanced life support technologies Support ventilator management, CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO, pressors, and other critical care modalities Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary team members Respond confidently to urgent clinical changes and high-acuity situations Provide patient and family education with a compassionate, relationship-based approach Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards Assist with care for cardiac, neuro, post-surgical, and overflow ICU patients as needed Apply now for this rewarding travel ICU RN job in Lima, Ohio and join a team committed to exceptional critical care.
