Director of Nursing (DON) – Perm
Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join the leadership team of a newly renovated, forward-thinking Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Stow/Cuyahoga Falls area.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly renovated campus with premium amenities and significant clinical enhancements , including:
Two state-of-the-art therapy gyms
Restaurant-style dining
Spa-like resident amenities
Ventilator-capable services
A brand-new Dialysis Den scheduled to open before the holidays
The community is also building a new, supportive leadership team focused on clinical excellence, staff development, accountability, and long-term stability.

Ideal Candidate:
Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license
Proven DON leadership experience in SNF/LTC
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, staffing, and survey readiness
Effective leader, coach, and team builder
Vent expertise highly preferred
BSN preferred
