Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls related to service requests, account inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution

• Record and maintain accurate details of all customer interactions within internal systems
• Actively listen to concerns, identify root issues, and escalate complex situations when appropriate
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, account information, and next steps

• Consistently meet established performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or high-volume setting
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-first approach
• Ability to handle continuous calls throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and responding naturally without relying on scripts
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to multitask across platforms
• Dependable with strong attendance and a professional demeanor
• Experience with billing, account support, or issue resolution is a plus
