Medical Billing & Customer Care Specialist

UCLA Health is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Customer Service Representative to provide leading patient accounting support within a world-class health system in Los Angeles. You will handle billing duties in the patient accounting system and serve as a primary customer service resource in a high-volume call-center. The role requires two years each of professional billing collection and customer service experience, knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicare/HMO/PPO, familiarity with CPT/ICD-10/HCPC #J-18808-Ljbffr University of California - Los Angeles Health
