FD Biller

Location: Woodridge, IL (Onsite)

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced FD Biller to support the Accounts Payable team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of factory-direct vendor invoices. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Audit factory-direct invoices for pricing accuracy.
• Calculate freight charges on factory-direct invoices.
• Research and resolve Sales Department inquiries related to invoices and freight rates.
• Process factory-direct invoices into the Accounts Payable system.
• Escalate issues outside the scope of responsibility to appropriate team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 12 years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience writing business correspondence.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP.
• Previous experience in a foodservice and/or distribution environment.

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite in Woodridge, IL.
• Business casual dress code.
• In-person interview required.
