As a registered US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are rapidly scaling our global footprint and seeking an energetic, results‑driven Fundraising Lead to drive our US capital campaign and donor network. What You’ll Do Major Donor Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs), family foundations, and the South Asian diaspora network across the US / Bay Area. Corporate CSR & Partnerships: Secure corporate sponsorships, matching gifts, and CSR grants from tech companies and global enterprises. Grant Writing & Philanthropy: Identify, apply for, and manage institutional foundation grants. Events & Campaigns: Lead local fundraising drives, charity galas, and digital giving campaigns. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of proven success in nonprofit fundraising, donor development, or sales/account management. Strong network within the SF Bay Area donor ecosystem, tech CSR programs, or philanthropic circles. Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills.
