Production Associate – $18+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours and room to grow? We're hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and material handling operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, construction, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience.

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Move, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipping
• Read work instructions, measurements, and basic prints
• Package, label, and inspect finished products
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and warehouse tasks
• Operate production equipment and support multiple departments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, assembly, or general labor experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs consistently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Assembly experience
• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience
• Fabrication experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures or calipers

• $18+/hr starting pay with overtime opportunities

This is a Contract position based out of HIAWATHA, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.
