Sales Order Processor

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their growing team. In this role, you'll support daily sales operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with teams across sales, accounting, and operations. Key Responsibilities Process and enter customer orders into the company's ERP or CRM system with a high degree of accuracy. Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and required documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, billing, and delivery. Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status, tracking information, and updates. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipment issues. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Assist with reporting, administrative projects, and other sales support functions as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in order processing, sales support, customer service, or data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
