Assistant Construction Project Manager

Roberts Properties has an exciting entry level job opportunity for an Assistant Construction Project Manager working in multifamily. This position includes a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a very generous bonus package. Well-qualified candidates will have a four-year degree in Construction Science, Engineering or a related major. Responsibilities will include daily management and coordination to complete a successful construction project and meet time and cost objectives. This will include sending out architectural plans for pricing Reviewing subcontractor pricing This position will exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior quality product.
