We are looking for Door-to-Door Lead Generators to join our tight-knit team ASAP. This is a commission-only role where an average representative realistically earns $70,000 to $80,000 a year. We are a fast-growing company expanding nationwide. We believe in organically growing our people from the ground up, not throwing them into a slot and forgetting about them.

 

The 30-Day Proving Ground (Our Growth Track)

Let's be completely honest: door knocking is the hardest part of the business. It takes discipline, thick skin, and grit. Because of that, we use this role as our ultimate talent scout.

Show up every single day, hustle, and prove you can handle yourself on the doors for just 30 days , and we will happily move you up. Depending on your strengths, your path with us looks like:

1. The Sales Route: Graduate into an In-Home Sales Representative where the owner is currently closing an 87% clip (the money here is massive).

2. The Management Route : Build, train, and run your own 2-to-3-person door-knocking team as a Manager.

If you have unique skills, we will create a role around you to help you execute them. We want you to grow as fast as we are.

 

What You Will Be Doing

• Hit the Pavement: Conduct daily door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.

• Set the Hook: Engage homeowners, communicate the value of a free roof inspection, and lock in the appointment. (You don't have to close the contract—just get our specialist in the door).

• Track Your Wins: Maintain simple, accurate records of your daily interactions and scheduled demos.

• Team Up: Work closely with a small, high-energy team to swap strategies and win together.

• You Show Up: You can commit to a schedule and consistently execute when no one is watching.

• No prior roofing or marketing experience required. We will teach you the foundational skills.
