BCA Distributors is looking for a Sales & Office Coordinator to keep our customers served and our sales team running smoothly. You'll turn customer calls and emails into accurate orders, keep our account managers organized, and make sure every customer who contacts BCA gets a fast, professional answer, in English or Spanish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales support

- Order intake: receive orders by phone, email, text, portal and account manager requests, and enter them accurately in Zoho the same day.

- Weekly customer follow-ups: call or email assigned customers each week to take orders, check stock needs and confirm they're happy.

- Custom orders: take in custom-print and special-order requests (logo cups, printed bags, stickers, wraps), gather specs, quantities and artwork, and submit them for quoting.

- Keep customers updated on custom orders through quotes, artwork proofs, approvals, production and delivery.

- Prepare quotes, price checks and product information.

- Keep customer records current and set up new customer accounts.

- Support account managers with call lists, samples and visit preparation.

- Track open quotes, backorders and pending orders to completion.

Customer service

- Answer the main sales line and sales inbox promptly and professionally.

- Resolve order questions, shortages, returns and credits.

- Coordinate will-call pickups and delivery questions with the warehouse and drivers.

Office coordination

- Keep the office organized: supplies, filing, mail and visitor reception.

- Support accounting with invoice copies and document filing.

- Maintain the shared calendar and prepare professional documents and sales sheets.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required).

- 2+ years in sales support, customer service, order entry or office administration.

- Strong attention to detail with numbers, item codes and dates.

- Clear, friendly communication by phone and email.

- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in distribution, wholesale, foodservice or restaurant supply.

- Experience with Zoho, QuickBooks or a similar system.

THE DETAILS

- Pay: $160–$175 per day, based on experience.

- Starts as an independent contractor (1099), with the option to transition to W-2 employment.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours, on-site in Livermore.

- Start: as soon as possible.
