Unser Team vom ORF-Kundendienst kümmert sich um zahlreiche Fragestellungen rund um den ORF und seine vielfältigen Angebote und Programminhalte. Wir sind via Telefon, E-Mail und Social Media für die Anliegen unseres Publikums da.
DAS ERWARTET DICH
Du beantwortest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen rund um den ORF. Du unterstützt das Community Management auf Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Co. Du erfasst Feedback für die Redaktionen. Du dokumentierst die Anliegen unseres Publikums und recherchierst in unseren internen Datenbanken.DARAUF KOMMT ES UNS AN
Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation am Telefon und besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist ein:e Lösungsfinder:in und behältst stets den Überblick. Du bist zuverlässig und genau. Du bist zeitlich flexibel (Montag bis Sonntag, 4–5 Tage pro Woche).DAS BIETEN WIR
25 oder 30 Wochenstunden (Vormittags- und Nachmittagsdienste) zwischen 08.00 und 21.00 Uhr, 4 – 5 Tage / Woche je nach Stundenverpflichtung Vereinbarkeit von Studium, Familie und Beruf Intensives Onboarding, Teamspirit wird bei uns großgeschrieben Förderung Jahresticket Wiener Linien oder Klimaticket oder gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz (nach Verfügbarkeit), Fahrradabstellplatz Cardiocenter im Haus 24/7 geöffnet und betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung Homeoffice nach Einarbeitungsphase möglich Gesunde und kostengünstige Mahlzeit aus unserer Betriebskantine (mit Essenszuschuss) Verdienst: Bruttogehalt von EUR 1.638,– für 25 Wochenstunden bzw.
