Join Our Team as a Licensed Insurance Agent that understands Taxes in Norton Shores, MI
Are you looking for a rewarding career? We are expanding the need for Insurance Agents with knowledge of the importance of taxes when planning or in retirement. Expanding North and South on Lake Michigan's shoreline. Look no further than ATAX - BankersLife & Casualty!
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and help provide top-notch insurance and tax knowledge during and upon retirement for our community.
Key Responsibilities:- A trusted advisor, providing the expert guidance on insurance products and tax services
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships to drive sales and exceed target goals
- Educate clients on insurance and tax options and help them make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process and beyond
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Knowledge of tax requirements when planning for or currently in retirement (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to meet or exceed goals
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
