Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed.
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about their insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Support and participate in local community events in partnership with the agent.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.

Qualifications:

• Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
