Claims Service Representative

To support the claim initiation process, the full-time Claims Service Representative will independently manage routine assignments, serve as a direct point of contact for claimants, and ensure a positive service experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Initiate routine claims and provide efficient service by gathering information and reviewing documentation Research and resolve routine claimant inquiries while adhering to departmental quality and service standards Document claimant interactions and maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems Required qualifications High School diploma or GED (Minimum Required) 0 - 1+ years of general experience (Required)
