Cybersecurity Architect

Agilent seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision. The role involves advising leadership on security architecture, emerging threats, AI governance, and ensuring security aligns with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Agilent's multi-year cybersecurity strategy and enterprise security roadmap
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and technology innovations to identify risks and opportunities
• Define target-state security architectures and standards for enterprise, cloud, data, and AI initiatives
• Lead development of Agilent's secure AI strategy, including governance models and control frameworks
• Partner with enterprise architecture and business teams to embed security into strategic technology decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of cybersecurity, security architecture, enterprise architecture, or information security experience
• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise security strategies, roadmaps, and transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, AI governance frameworks, and generative AI security risks
• Experience interpreting cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and business leadership teams
• Strong understanding of security architecture principles and operational technology fundamentals

Compensation: $139,440–$217,875 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits
