What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Food Prep Specialist at Hot Tuna, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing fresh ingredients to meet daily menu needs. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks. Ensuring portion control and consistency in food presentation. Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking supplies. What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or a similar role. A strong understanding of kitchen safety and food handling practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-focused environment. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering quality results.
