In this role,you’llreceive some pre-qualified leads fromEverFence, but the real key to success is your ability to generate your own opportunities in the field. The best reps here know that creating your own pipeline makes up about 75% of the job. That means getting outinthe community, building connections with home service contractors, HOAs, and property managers, and canvassing neighborhoods to find homeowners who need new or replacement fencing. You’llwork closely with a Branch Manager and a supportive team. Your job is to meet with residential and commercial customers, prepare clear estimates, explain how our solutions add value to their properties, and close the deal. The goal is always to turn one-time jobs into long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. We reward your hustle with one of the best commission structures in the industry. You earn 10% ofsoldjobs, which is three to four percent higher than whatyou’llfind at mostfencecompanies.
