Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is hiring for a Human Resources Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
Maintain employee records and complete payroll functions of the facility.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
Perform orientations and update records of new and current staff.
Support other assigned functions.
Requirements:
Experience in Human Resources in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care
