Inland Empire Region, California A growing commercial landscape services company is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the performance of multiple branches across the Inland Empire region. Responsibilities Lead and support multiple branch operations with accountability for profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, client retention, and strategic business development Review financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Hire, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational leadership teams Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and operational oversight Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-branch operations Commercial landscape maintenance and construction experience Proven ability to grow accounts, improve operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
