Position Title Security Officer Driver with TWIC Patrol – Deer Park, TX Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.50 / Hour Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual) Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124) TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thursday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Friday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, operational areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations as directed, and help support controlled access procedures for restricted areas. Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations related to equipment, site conditions, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A TSA issued TWIC is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
