As a Security Officer Badge Access Driver in Deer Park, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location as an Access Control Officer, where you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring strong customer service and communication skills to a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, facilities, and/or sensitive operations.
• Screen visitors, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with site protocols, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to observe conditions, identify security-related concerns, and document findings.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
