3:00pm-11:30pm
This position may require early start times, OT and Saturdays work as needed


Position Summary
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Machine Assembler for a fabrication client in Hobart, Indiana. There are 5 levels for this position. Pay is commensurate with experience


Responsibilities

• Performs assembly based on drawings and supervisor instructions

• Follows supervisors' instructions of work to be performed

• Self-inspects work to ensure quality and compliance to specifications

• Uses computer to record assembly status

• Follows safety instructions and rules

• Works overtime and assigned shifts as needed

• Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of QMS policies and procedures.

• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of machine assembly experience

• Ability to read and understand complex assembly drawings

• Basic computer knowledge

• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Team orientation

• Crane operation experience preferred but not required
