Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Gardena store. Duties include ensuring our customers receive excellent services while ensuring they can easily find the products and materials they need. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer and point of sales systems as well as inventory management. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of retail store as well as counter and yard personnel Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management for their location Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement Create and maintain a daily, and monthly report on operations and sales at the branch Hire, train and manage all employees of the branch Enforce all safety related policy and procedures including discipline decisions for infractions Work closely with other division such as Accounting and purchasing to ensure inventory and asset management Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing retail operations 5+ years' of inventory management experience Proficient use of POS systems Visit our careers page for more information: #J-18808-Ljbffr
