Job Summary

We are seeking a Hardware Support Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL within a professional legal services environment. This role is ideal for an early-career IT support professional with hands-on hardware field service, desktop support, or technical phone support experience.

The Hardware Support Technician will support end users, install and configure computer and phone equipment, manage video conferencing needs, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows 11 environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative, service-focused IT team.

This position offers stability, hands-on technical exposure, and the opportunity to support professionals in a fast-paced office setting where responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure computer equipment, phone equipment, and related office technology, including site preparation.
- Provide hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and ongoing technical support.
- Troubleshoot and support software issues in a Windows 11 desktop environment.
- Manage and support video conferencing equipment and meeting technology.
- Assist with administrative IT tasks, including physical hardware inventory and software license compliance.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Miami, FL.
- On-call rotation required for after-hours support.
