About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 42-week school-based contract opportunity in Federal Way, Washington . In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them improve communication skills and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
