Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for individuals experiencing speech, language, or communication disorders. They collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' communication abilities through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and exercises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a relevant Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Have previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
