Who We AreAt Cutting Edge Total Comfort, we believe in doing the right thing, putting people first, and exceeding customer expectations. We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused HVAC Customer Service Representative to become an important part of our growing team.
What You'll Do- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
- Follow up on estimates using phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Document all customer communication in ServiceTitan.
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Order parts and monitor job progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service from the first call through job completion.
- Billing
- Customer service experience required; HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
