Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic

Fort Pierre, South Dakota

$27-$40/hour | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join a solid crew in Fort Pierre, South Dakota.

This is a clean, well-equipped shop where mechanics do real repair work — diagnostics, engines, drivetrains, transmissions — not endless PMs and tire work. If you’re a skilled tech who can troubleshoot and fix trucks the right way, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

Pay & Schedule

$27-$40/hour based on experience + benefits
Monday-Friday
Day shift
No nights
No weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks
Engine repairs and troubleshooting
Transmission and clutch work
Drivetrain and rear end repairs
Suspension and electrical diagnostics
Work on multiple makes and models

What They’re Looking For

2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience
Strong diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently
CDL is a plus, not required
