Description: Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Signals Development Analyst to support mission-focused analytical and operational efforts within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will analyze communication data, identify patterns, and help improve how information is collected and interpreted to support operational objectives.You'll play a hands-on role in ongoing operations, contributing to system oversight, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to build real-world analytic experience while working alongside a team focused on solving complex challenges in a 24/7 operational setting.We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to dive into complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights. You should be comfortable working with technical tools and systems, applying structured problem-solving skills, and clearly documenting your findings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within a mission-driven environment.This role supports continuous operations with fixed (non-rotating) shifts. Available schedules include day shift (0545-1345), swing shift (1345-2145), and mid shift (2145-0545), with coverage that includes weekends and some holidays. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values ongoing learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development.Key Responsibilities:Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of interestSupport efforts to improve and refine analytic and collection processesAssist in developing practical approaches to solve real-world problemsEvaluate communication activity across a variety of modern technologiesUse analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insightsWork with technical tools, platforms, and datasets to perform analysisContribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharingSupport system monitoring and help troubleshoot issues as they ariseCollaborate with team members to improve workflows and analytic methodsParticipate in training and ongoing skill developmentSupport a continuous operations environment as part of a shift-based teamQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or similar roleExperience working with modern communication or network technologies, such as:Telecommunications systemsNetwork-based communicationsInternet protocols or infrastructureStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience working with technical tools, systems, or databasesAbility to clearly document findings and communicate insightsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentRequirements: U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
