Requirements

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
• Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment: Required if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• Venipuncture certification: Required if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials
• At least two years of recent experience in the field
• Experience with EPIC: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across various age groups.
• Produce cross-sectional images using computed tomography equipment.
• Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information.
• Ensure the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
• Manage supply inventory and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
