Earn $19.00 Per Hour Benefits Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) Full‑time benefits after 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or other work‑related tasks Opportunity for performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Job Description Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including packing and moving supplies sales Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal free of debris Qualifications Experience in customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Public Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
