Mammography Technologist Summary:
MLR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to aid in the early detection and prevention of breast cancer. This position offers a collaborative work environment, professional growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Mammography Technologist Key Responsibilities:

Perform Mammographic Procedures : Conduct accurate and high-quality mammography exams in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards.
Patient Care : Provide compassionate care by guiding patients through procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring comfort.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance : Operate mammography equipment safely and ensure it is maintained according to regulatory standards.
Image Quality Assurance : Assess images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure diagnostic standards.

Mammography Technologist Qualifications:

Education : Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with specialization in mammography.
Certification : ARRT (M) certification required.
Licensing : Valid state Radiologic Technologist license, if required.
Experience : Previous experience in mammography preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
