Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for property construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimations.
• Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support during pre-construction and bidding phases to ensure competitive proposals.
• Assist in developing value engineering strategies to optimize project costs.
