This role is perfect for someone who's ready to grow into a Project Manager position.Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders.Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.Review plans, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and compliance.Participate in site visits, safety meetings, and quality control inspections.Help with documentation, reporting, and close-out processes.Learn and apply project management systems, processes, and leadership skills.Maintain job sites and material needed to complete jobs
