Production / Process Operator

Join a growing global food manufacturing company! We are looking for motivated production / process operators to join our team at a fast-growing food manufacturing facility. Our company produces high-quality seasoning and spice blends used by food manufacturers and spice brands across the country. What you'll do as a process operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality spice blends used in food products nationwide. Responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor large industrial mixers/blenders (80016,000 lb batches) used to produce dry seasoning blends
• Safely mix, blend, and batch ingredients according to detailed production specifications
• Work with team members to open and add raw ingredients into mixing equipment
• Ensure accurate blending and product quality to meet customer specifications
• Assist with the semi-automatic packaging process, including weighing and filling bags (typically 40 lb. bags)
• Move finished product to be palletized and prepared for shipment
• Maintain a clean and sanitary production environment following food safety standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with forklift operators to coordinate delivery of ingredients to the production line
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

What we're looking for:

• Experience in food manufacturing or production is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
