Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $3,006 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 9 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Contract Length: 9 weeks Start Date: asap Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hours M-F various 8 hour shifts Float Requirements: NA On Call/Call-Back: INCLUDES 1 WEEK DAY CALL, 1 WEEK DAY BACK UP CALL, 2-3 WEEKEND CALLS, 1 HOLIDAY CALL. Could on occasion need additional call. Response time is 30 minutes ready in the OR. Weekend/Holiday: weekends as needed and holiday rotation Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, WI RN License or compact RN , required. Minimum Experience: 3 year OR experience with anesthesia experience REQUIRED. Prior travel REQUIRED. Charting/Equipment: Epic required Unit Specific Skillset: 21 ORs including all specialties. 4-5 Rooms per day will be assigned. Required skills: Strong OR /CVOR Circulating experience; Prior experience with conscious sedation a plus. Assisting with intubations, fiber optic scopes during intubation, sterile techniques with central lines, assisting Anesthesiologist with placement of arterial lines, central lines, lumbar drains, Swan Ganz catheters, starting IV's, drawing labs, setting up medication pumps, running Belmont, Cell Saver, and Level I. Assisting Anesthesia with heart surgeries, traumas, elective surgeries, and general surgeries. Anesthesia RN at Aspirus Wausau Hospital is critical in assisting our anesthesia providers throughout a variety of specialties with a main focus on the cardiothoracic program.
