Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans addressing clients’ mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical treatment process, adapting approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Participate in the development and execution of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, providing essential mental health support to seniors dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, and other age-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory for this role.
