Help Desk Analyst (Onsite)

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst (Onsite) Location: Middletown, CT Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 all inclusive

SCOPE OF WORK

Manages level one support via telephone and remote control, processes and maintains DCF User Administration forms, verifies completeness, updates system administration and retains forms, communicates with supervisors and other agencies.

POSITION ROLE AND DELIVERABLES

Provides level one technical support, processes user moves, adds, and changes at the central office in Hartford, maintains customer focus, escalates issues, reviews forms for completeness, assists customers, follows procedures for creating and modifying user accounts, interacts with other state agencies only as necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year prior experience in: PC hardware and software installation, end user support (face‑to‑face and telephone), excellent customer service skills. Highly desirable: computer system and user administration, Microsoft Active Directory familiarity, Windows 10/11, Office365, device management, imaging, troubleshooting. NOTE Must pass drug screening. Must pass background check (local, state police, FBI fingerprint, Child Protective Services). Must possess a CT driver's license. Must be able to drive. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Visa sponsorship not available; only candidates authorized to work without restrictions will be considered.
