Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Florida

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Stuart, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36-40 guaranteed hours per week; on-call required; flexibility to float between multiple campuses within a 20-mile radius to support patient care needs

Highlights

• Work in a 521-bed short-term acute care teaching facility utilizing EPIC charting system
• Comprehensive Cath Lab experience including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations for adult patients
• Opportunities for left and right heart catheterization, procedural sedation, dysrhythmia management, and pulmonary artery line monitoring
• On-call responsibilities included; float capability within scope across multiple hospital locations
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers welcomed
• Smoke-free facility with free parking in unrestricted spaces

Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of application
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• EPIC charting experience required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test required (nicotine-free candidates only)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Completion of required pre-start modules (average 6-15 hours, non-billable)
• EKG and Pharmacy testing during orientation (study materials provided)
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or managers
