Jeff Harris & Associates has been retained to conduct a highly confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer with an established multi-site skilled nursing organization.

We are seeking an experienced skilled nursing executive who has successfully led multiple skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute communities and is ready to take on broader organizational responsibility.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Multi-site skilled nursing operations experience at the Regional, Divisional, VP of Operations, COO, President, or CEO level
• Experience overseeing multiple communities, leaders, and markets
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including meaningful P&L responsibility
• A track record of improving performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality and culture
• Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• The ability to work closely with facility leadership and remain engaged with operations in the field

This is a Midwest-based leadership opportunity. Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
