Inpatient Acute Rehab Physical Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire a Physical Therapist for its inpatient acute rehab unit. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based evaluations and treatments to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, focusing on maximizing functional independence and safe discharge. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, providing patient and family education, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
