As a medical assistant, you'll prepare patient rooms, support clinical staff, answer patient inquiries, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.Key responsibilities:Prepare and disinfect exam rooms and equipmentSupport physicians in exams and proceduresEscort and interview patients, manage appointmentsMaintain accurate EHR records and paperworkStock supplies, manage medication, and authorizationsAssist at the front desk and cover team members as neededFlexibility to travel between San Francisco and San Rafael locationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED1+ years' experience as a medical assistantExperience with scheduling and EHR (Epic a plus)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitaskDiscretion with confidential informationSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Work is on-site in a clinic/office setting.
