Express Healthcare Staffing Colorado is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Salida, Colorado.Job Description & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience. SHIFTS: M-W-F 5 am to 6pm may include Holiday coverage if the unit is operating. Essential Duties:
Performs daily dialysis care and supervision for in-center, acute, and peritoneal dialysis.
Responsible for pre-assessment, ongoing assessment and post-assessment of the dialysis client and retails overall accountability and responsibility for patient's care.
Demonstrates advanced technical skills to set parameters and monitor readings with dialysis machinery.
Accesses fistula or shunt with care to avoid clot formation. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.
Must maintain current CPR certification.
Must maintain current ACLS certification
This function is highly specialized. Employees are hired for the skill/ability to perform this function
